About the Job This interim opportunity is centred on driving transformation across a complex, multi-country payroll function. You will focus on improving processes, enhancing systems, and delivering a more efficient, streamlined payroll operation. Working closely with HR, payroll, and external providers, you will play a pivotal role in modernising the current set-up. Duties will include: Reviewing/assessing existing global payroll processes to identify inefficiencies and risks Leading transformation initiatives to simplify and standardise payroll procedures Driving improvements across HRIS, with a focus on optimising SuccessFactors usage or potential to look at a new HRIS Reducing reliance on manual processes and spreadsheet-heavy workflows Streamlining interactions with multiple international payroll providers Implementing best-practice controls, governance, and documentation Supporting automation and system ..... full job details .....
