A charity based in London are looking for an Interim Organisational Design Consultant to support on a 6-12 month critical transformation programme. The role is home-based with occasional travel to London.

Description

An Interim Organisational Design Consultant to:

• Review the current operating model and design a new target operating model and organisational design to lead the organisation through implementation
• Review the People function to design a new structure that aligns to the organisational strategy
• Design future-state structures, roles and governance
• Develop a clear project plan with the Chief People Officer
• Provide strong stakeholder relationships and influence leaders to shape decisions

Profile

An Interim Organisational Design Consultant with:

• A true organisation design practitioner background and comfortable to parachute into complex environments
• Proven experience leading and successfully landing large scale organisational design and operating model projects
• Strategic thinker
• Provide an advisory and influential approach
• Previous experience to demonstrate success in similar previous projects
