The role offers £35,000 FTE and is home-based but with regular travel required across the Wandsworth area to provide operational leadership across their independent charity. This is a hands-on, varied role where you''ll work closely with Trustees, staff and volunteers to ensure the smooth running of operations while driving practical improvements that make a real difference. Reporting to the Trustees, you''ll oversee a team spanning two charity shops, an online retail operation and a small office based team, helping to create stability, strengthen people management practices and support ongoing organisational development.
