Description Leading manufacturing and operational teams to achieve business and site KPIs. Driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the facility. Ensuring compliance with all health and safety, quality and regulatory requirements. Managing labour utilisation, productivity improvements, waste reduction and operational costs. Developing, coaching and mentoring operational leaders to build capability and succession within the team. Working closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, HR and Finance teams to achieve site objectives.
