Interim Operations Manager

A leading business in Norfolk have an immediate-requirement for an experience Ops professional to support them on an interim basis for at least 6 months.-
Having gone through a period of continued growth and success this position-will support them as they focus on developing their operation capability across-warehouse, logistics and supply chain.
This will include:
* Develop a strategy-for the operational business as they build towards a doubling of turnover-in the next 24 months
* Evaluate-a new potential WMS
* Analysis of business-operations to look at efficiency''s-overheads-and requirements-for new procedures-
* Evaluation-of stock and purchasing-practices
* Workforce evaluation and management-as well as potential-hiring-
* Management of 3PL and evaluation-of alternative distribution-options-
We are looking for the following:-
* Availability to start immediately.-
* Due to the nature of the position and business-we are looking for someone to work 5 days on site in Norfolk
* You will have extensive experience across-supply chain, logistics and operations, ideally in a growing business environment-
* Project management-experience-
* FMCG, manufacturing-or retail ops experience-
Likely to be 6 months+ this position could lead to a permanent-position for the right applicant.-
