Interim Operations Director

Domus Recruitment are working with an established provider who are seeking an experienced Interim Operational Director.This Interim Operational Director will be an experienced and commercially minded leader, responsible for supporting multiple hospital sites, driving operational performance and leading service transformation.Key Responsibilities:Lead operational strategy and performance across the Neuro DivisionOversee the transformation and development of specialist neurological and spinal care servicesSupport the conversion of existing care services into hospital level provisionEnsure strong CQC, governance, quality and compliance standardsDrive operational efficiency, service improvement and sustainable growthDevelop and maintain relationships with consultants, clinicians, insurers and commissioning bodiesLead and develop senior operational teams across the divisionIdentify opportunities for service development and improved patient pathwaysSupport innovative clinical and operational models across the divisionProvide leadership across multiple sites, with travel to London and nationally as requiredRequirements:Significant senior hospital operational leadership experience, such as Hospital Director, Divisional Director or Operations DirectorPrevious experience within the private/independent healthcare sectorStrong understanding of private and insurance-funded healthcare pathwaysExperience managing complex clinical services and/or multi-site operationsProven experience ..... full job details .....
