Working closely with operational managers, Transport and Health & Safety teams, you will ensure employees are trained, assessed and competent to carry out their duties safely, while improving compliance, reducing risk and promoting a strong safety culture. ### Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver operational training programmes and competency frameworks. Deliver inductions, driver assessments and refresher training. Train staff on safe systems of work, manual handling, vehicle safety and operational procedures. Carry out competency assessments for drivers and frontline operational staff. Monitor compliance, including tachographs, vehicle checks and training records.
