Interim Nursing Home Manager | Elderly Nursing Home - Bath 3 month day rate contractWe are seeking a highly experienced Interim Nursing Home Manager to provide strong leadership and operational stability within our CQC-regulated elderly nursing home.As Interim Nursing Home Manager, you will be fully accountable for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led services in line with CQC Standards.You will lead the service through a period of transition, ensuring continuity of care, staff support, and regulatory compliance.About YouRegistered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PINProven experience as a Nursing Home Manager within a CQC-regulated serviceStrong working knowledge of CQC inspection frameworks and compliance requirementsExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsConfident in managing change, performance, and regulatory challengesMust be on the DBS available update serviceMust be able to secure your own accommodation - 5 days onsiteThis is an urgent requirement with one stage interview process and Monday 19th January 2026 start.If you have the experience above, please apply now!
