Interim Marketing Manager
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to provide short-term support within their organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with the existing Marketing Manager, oversee a small team and ensure the effective delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns and performance outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly step in, lead a team and drive strong marketing performance in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Support and oversee a team of marketing staff (Marketing Administrator and Marketing Coordinators). Ensure tasks and campaigns are delivered to high standards and on schedule. Promote strong collaboration across internal teams. Campaign Management Assist in the delivery of multi-channel campaigns aligned with operational targets. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, customer insights and lead quality. Collect and analyse feedback to support continuous improvement. Data and Reporting Build and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs such as CPA, ROI and conversion rates. Provide clear insights and performance reports to support decision-making. Budget and KPI Support Assist in monitoring marketing spend and progress against KPIs. Support efficient allocation of resources. Skills and Knowledge Strong understanding of marketing principles and multi-channel campaign delivery.
