Job Title: Interim Registered Manager Residential Care Home Location: Stalybridge Contract: Temporary / Interim 6 months Salary: £50,000 per annum (pro rata) Hours: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Interim Registered Manager to lead a residential care home in Stalybridge for an initial 6-month period. This role is ideal for a confident and capable leader who can ensure regulatory compliance, maintain high standards of care, and provide stability during a transitional period. The successful candidate must hold NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care and have previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager within a residential care setting. Key Responsibilities Act as the Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and ensure ongoing compliance with all regulatory requirementsProvide strong leadership and day-to-day operational management of the care homeMaintain and improve the quality of care delivered, ensuring person-centred practices are embedded throughout the serviceLead, support, and manage staff teams, including supervision, appraisals, and performance managementEnsure safeguarding procedures are followed and concerns are appropriately managedOversee staffing levels, rota management, and recruitment where requiredManage audits, inspections, and action plans, responding effectively to any regulatory feedbackMaintain accurate records, policies, and procedures in line with legislation and best practiceWork closely with senior management, ..... full job details .....
