Interim Home Manager Harrogate Residential and Dementia Care Competitive Day Rate An established care provider is seeking an experienced Interim Home Manager to provide strong leadership within a residential care home in Harrogate. This is a hands-on role for a capable manager who can quickly assess the service, support the team and maintain safe, high-quality care. You will be confident managing operational pressures, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring the home remains compliant and well led. The role. As Interim Home Manager, you will be responsible for:Providing visible day-to-day leadership across the home.Maintaining safe, person-centred care for residents.Supporting and directing the management and care team.Ensuring compliance with CQC requirements, safeguarding duties and company policies.Reviewing care plans, medication processes, risk assessments, audits and action plans.Managing staffing, rotas, agency use and recruitment requirements.Addressing performance, absence, conduct and capability matters appropriately.Building confidence with residents, families, commissioners and healthcare professionals.Managing incidents, complaints and safeguarding concerns effectively.Identifying immediate risks and implementing clear, sustainable improvements.Keeping senior management updated on quality, workforce and operational performance.About you.
