This is a great opportunity for a skilled individual to provide support in managing the financial operations of the business. You will be responsible for preparing management accounts, assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of financial performance, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Management Accounting: Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts, including PandL, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. Assist with variance analysis and provide explanations for significant differences from budget/forecast. Prepare reports and commentary for senior management to aid in decision-making. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Work closely with departmental heads to gather and analyze financial data for budgeting and forecasting processes. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decision-making.
