Interim Management Accountant

Robertson Bell are supporting an organisation based in North London to recruit an Interim Management Accountant on an initial three month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to join a supportive and well-structured finance team in a role offering broad exposure to management accounting and business partnering activities.Reporting into a senior member of the finance team and working closely with Finance Business Partners, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the month-end process, ensuring the production of management accounts, and helping to provide financial insight to a range of stakeholders across the organisation.The key duties of this role are as follows:Supporting the delivery of the monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations.Ensuring a smooth month-end close process with accuracy and timliness.Working alongside Finance Business Partners to support financial analysis and reporting for operational teams.Preparing variance analysis and commentary to explain movements against budget and forecast.Supporting stakeholders with financial queries and providing clear financial information where required.Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes.The successful candidate will have:Previous experience in a management accounting or assistant management accountant role with similar responsibilities.A strong understanding of month-end processes and ..... full job details .....
