Interim Management Accountant

Management Accountant Nottingham £37,000-£45,000 (DOE) We''re supporting a growing business in Nottingham to recruit an Interim Management Accountant to work directly with the Finance Director.This contract will likely be around 3 months, however does have some potential to become permanent and offers a fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified accountant to take ownership of the full management accounts process, working under a development focussed FD. The RoleWorking closely with the FD, you''ll play a key role in supporting the finance function, taking responsibility for both the end-to-end management accounts cycle and the hands-on detail.Key responsibilities include:Producing monthly management accounts from start to finishPreparing board packs and financial reportsManaging accruals, prepayments and journalsCompleting balance sheet reconciliationsSupporting with budgets and forecastsGetting involved in the day-to-day transactional and "nitty gritty" finance workAssisting the FD with improving processes and adding value to reportingAbout YouPart-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) and actively studyingExperience in a Management Accountant or similar roleComfortable working in a small finance function with broad exposureHands-on, adaptable and willing to get involved at all levelsAmbitious and keen to progress into a senior finance roleWhat''s On OfferSalary of £37,000 - £45,000Direct mentorship from an experienced Finance DirectorBroad, end-to-end exposure across financeClear ..... full job details .....
