Interim Management Accountant

Your New CompanyA growing and ambitious SME technology business is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join its finance team on an interim basis for an initial 8-month assignment. Operating in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, the business is undergoing continued growth and requires an individual who can provide high quality financial reporting and support key operational decision-making.Your New RoleReporting to the Finance Director, you will take ownership of the monthly management accounts process across two revenue streams, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.Key responsibilities will include:Production of monthly management accounts across two revenue generating business units.Preparation of accruals, prepayments and month-end journals.Balance sheet reconciliations and maintenance of strong financial controls.Variance analysis and provision of insightful commentary on financial performance.Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting activities.Assisting with year-end and audit requirements.Partnering with operational stakeholders to improve financial visibility and support decision-making.Supporting payroll activities and acting as a key finance contact for payroll-related queries.Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve existing finance processes.What you need to do nowIf you''re interested in this role, click ''apply now'' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn''t quite right ..... full job details .....
