This business offers a collaborative and forward-thinking environment where finance plays a key role in driving strategic decision-making.Your new role Producing monthly management accounts, including detailed commentary and variance analysisPreparing statutory accounts and supporting compliance with financial regulationsLeading and coordinating the month-end close process and associated reportingMonitoring performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunitiesMaintaining and enhancing financial controls and governance frameworksSupporting budgeting and forecast processesCompleting balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of financial recordsProviding financial insight and support for business decisions and improvement initiativesResponding to internal and external financial queriesSupporting continuous improvement across systems, processes, and reportingCoaching and supporting junior members of the finance team where required.What you''ll need to succeed Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)Strong management accounting experience, including ownership of month-end processesProven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecastingExcellent analytical skills with the ..... full job details .....
