INTERIM MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT / FINANCE MANAGER

An established and successful business is seeking an experienced interim finance professional to provide continuity within a key finance role while a permanent recruitment process is undertaken.This is a business-critical position and requires someone who can quickly understand existing processes, maintain the integrity of reporting, and support the wider finance team through a period of transition.The RoleReporting into senior finance leadership, responsibilities are expected to include:Ownership of monthly management accounts and associated reportingBalance sheet reconciliations and financial controlsCashflow forecasting and working capital managementBudgeting and forecasting supportVAT and statutory compliance activitiesBusiness partnering with operational stakeholdersSupporting process improvements and ongoing finance projectsAssisting with year-end and audit requirements where appropriateThe PersonWe are keen to speak with experienced finance professionals who can demonstrate:Previous experience in a Management Accountant, Finance Manager or similar roleThe ability to operate autonomously with minimal handoverStrong month-end and reporting experienceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA practical, hands-on approachAvailable at short notice ..... full job details .....
