Interim Maintenance and Asset Management Manager Food Manufacturing Interim Contract Location:HuntingdonContract: Interim Daily Rate: £500 - £550 per day + expenses 3 months min We are currently recruiting for an experienced Interim Maintenance and Asset Management Manager to support a busy food manufacturing site in Northamptonshire. This is a key interim assignment focused on strengthening the site''s planned preventive maintenance (PPM), asset management, CMMS, maintenance planning and scheduling, while providing engineering leadership during a period of transition. The Role You will take ownership of the site''s maintenance and asset management activities, ensuring production equipment is maintained effectively and that a proactive, structured approach to maintenance is embedded across the facility. A major focus will be on reviewing and improving the existing PPM and CMMS systems, developing condition-based monitoring and ensuring maintenance activities are properly planned and scheduled. You will also manage relationships with OEMs, equipment manufacturers and external engineering contractors, coordinating servicing, technical support and maintenance interventions.
