Job Title: Interim Legal CounselContract: 3 - 6 month contractLocation: BirminghamWorking Pattern: Hybrid, 3 days in office and 2 days WFH Key Responsibilities of a Interim Legal Counsel: Provide pragmatic and timely legal advice on a broad range of commercial and contractual matters. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including supplier agreements, customer contracts, and partnership arrangements. Support the business on compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Advise on risk management and support business decision-making to mitigate potential legal exposure. Assist with dispute resolution and liaise with external legal counsel where necessary. Keep up to date with legal and regulatory developments and advise stakeholders accordingly. Work collaboratively with internal teams to support strategic initiatives and projects. Essential Skills and Experience Solicitor in England and Wales (or equivalent) with solid post-qualification experience (PQE).
