Interim Lead Site Engineer (Electrically Biased)

Overview:
Recruiting on behalf of a facilities management provider for a hands-on Lead Site Engineer with an electrical bias and (desirable)-LVAP certification.
This role is ideal for a multi-skilled engineer who can lead from the front, respond effectively to reactive calls, and is not afraid to get stuck in.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver both planned and reactive maintenance across the site.

Carry out electrical work in line with LVAP standards and safety protocols.

Supervise and support the on-site engineering team.

Respond promptly to maintenance issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

Manage and record all tasks using a CAFM system (Vantify or ELogs experience highly desirable).

Communicate effectively with the client and management to ensure service excellence.
Skills & Experience Required:

Proven track record as a Lead or Senior Engineer within building services/facilities maintenance.

LVAP certified with strong electrical expertise.

Multi-skilled background, with confidence in various maintenance disciplines.

Hands-on, proactive, and problem-solving approach.

Experience with CAFM systems (Vantify or ELogs preferred).
