This role is varied and hands-on, combining project management, change management, business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and business partnering, to drive the successful delivery and adoption of IT projects while supporting the organisation''s journey towards a more structured and mature project and portfolio management approach. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the delivery of multiple IT and business change projects, ensuring objectives, timelines, budgets and benefits are achieved. Manage key initiatives including cyber security awareness training, AI adoption programmes, Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) implementation and Learning Management System (LMS) deployment.
