Interim HR/ER specialist London Hybrid c 50K This is a 1-2 month interim assignmentWe are recruiting for an experienced Interim HR pro to join a business on a high-profile organisational change project. This role will suit someone who thrives in complex ER environments and has experience supporting managers through significant contractual change.We are interested in speaking to people that have worked with an hourly paid workforce - private or public sector Your experience will include:Collective consultationChanges to terms and conditions of employmentContract variations and issuing variation lettersCoaching managers through sensitive ER mattersEmployment law and organisational changeWorking independently within a busy HR teamHybrid working - based in London two days per week, with regular travel to sites .
