An Interim HRBP role for a 12 month FTC based out of Sheffield with travel to Leeds and Warrington. Reporting into the Head of HR working as part of a HRBP Team in a generalist role partnering your business areas.Client DetailsA well established fast paced construction business with UK presence.DescriptionReporting into the Head of HR working in a team of 3 HR Business PartnersProvide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees.Partnering with the Directors in your business areas - Sheffield, Leeds and WarringtonLead on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes.Advise on HR policies and ensure compliance with employment legislation.Analyse HR data to provide insights and support decision-making.Contribute to workforce planning and talent development initiatives.Collaborate with stakeholders to drive employee engagement and performance.ProfileA successful Interim HR Business Partner should have:Experience in HR advisory or business partnering roles within the property sector or similar industries.Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.Proven ability to handle employee relations cases confidently.Skills in HR data analysis and reporting.Experience managing HR projects and initiatives.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Job OfferSalary up to £42kCar allowance of £5,800.10% performance-based bonus.12 month FTCBased out of Sheffield with travel to Leeds and WarringtonOption to WFH 1-2 days per ..... full job details .....
