• Develop and implement a Wellbeing strategy that aligns to the organisations needs
• Develop a Wellbeing road-map / plan
• Develop Wellbeing strategies to align to the organisations strategic objectives
• Support the development and implementation of a reward strategy

Profile

A Interim HR Wellbeing and Reward Consultant with:

• Experience in developing and implementing Wellbeing strategies: essential
• Experience in developing Wellbeing initiatives
• Experience in developing and implementing a reward strategy: desirable
• Experience in the Higher Education space: desirable
• Able to start at short notice

Job Offer

Interim HR Wellbeing and Reward Consultant

London based with hybrid working

Up to -600 per day dependent on experience

Able to start at short notice
