Interim HR Transformation Lead Mid Kent / Hybrid Paying up to £85k DOEWe are recruiting exclusively on behalf of our client for an experienced HR Transformation Lead to join their organisation during a significant period of change and growth. This is a 12 month FTC position.This is an excellent opportunity for a senior HR professional with a proven track record of delivering transformation programmes, implementing new operating models and driving organisational change. The strategic direction is already defined; the focus of this role is ensuring successful delivery, implementation and embedding of key initiatives across the business.You will play a key role in modernising HR operations, improving service delivery and supporting the organisation through a programme of change.Key Responsibilities:Lead the delivery of a large-scale HR transformation programme.Embed and enhance a business partnering approach across the HR function.Design and implement an HR shared services model, including processes, systems and operating frameworks.Drive organisational design and change initiatives.Support the transformation of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.Manage multiple transformation and integration projects simultaneously.Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Monitor progress against agreed objectives and provide regular updates to leadership teams.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across people processes and ..... full job details .....
