Interim HR Manager

Description

• Manage HR policies and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Oversee recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding new staff.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Maintain accurate HR records and produce relevant reports as needed.
• Advise and support managers on performance management processes.
• Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
• Ensure effective communication of HR policies across the organisation.
• 5 days a week on site.

Profile

A successful Interim HR Manager should have:

• Experience in HR management, ideally within the education sector.
• A strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to handle employee relations and performance management.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Confidence in managing recruitment and onboarding processes.
• A CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred.

Job Offer

• Salary up to -30 per hour dependent on the level of experience.
