This is a standalone leadership role, providing the opportunity to take ownership of all HR activities for a busy site and become a trusted business partner to the senior leadership team.  This position offers a broad generalist remit, combining strategic HR input with hands-on operational delivery. You''ll play a key role in creating a positive workplace culture, supporting managers, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and driving employee engagement across the site.   The Role   Reporting to the HR Director, you will lead all people-related activities across the site, including:    Acting as the primary HR Business Partner to the Leadership Team.
