Interim HR Manager (3-6 months, with potential extension) Location: Surrey (travel required across different sites around Surrey and the Kent / London borders - driving licence and own car essential)Salary - 55,000We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Manager to provide hands-on support for a period of 3-6 months, with the potential for extension. This role will play a key part in delivering a proactive and effective HR service across multiple sites in Surrey.Key Responsibilities:Drive effective performance management practices to ensure alignment with organisational goalsLead on talent management and succession planning activities to build capability and future leadership pipelinesEstablish and maintain positive employee relations, fostering a collaborative and engaged workforceLead and support internal and external recruitment and selection for key roles across the organisationAdvise and coach managers on best practice in people management, HR policies, and employment lawIdentify and address training and development needs, ensuring opportunities for growth are maximisedProvide hands-on support with HR casework, including disciplinaries, grievances, and sickness absence managementSupport and manage organisational change, including restructures and changes to terms and conditionsRequirements:Proven experience in a generalist HR management roleStrong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practiceExcellent interpersonal and coaching skillsFull driving licence and ..... full job details .....
