They are seeking an experienced Interim HR Generalist to support a time-critical workforce transition programme, with a particular focus on redundancy and collective consultation activity. This is an opportunity for a hands-on HR professional with strong employee relations expertise to join a busy HR team, providing practical support and guidance throughout the consultation process. The assignment will suit an experienced HR Professional who is comfortable operating in sensitive environments, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring a positive employee experience during periods of change. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide end-to-end HR support across redundancy and collective consultation programmesCoordinate and support consultation meetings, employee briefings and individual consultation discussionsPartner with HR, management and project stakeholders to ensure the delivery of fair and compliant processesSupport employee relations casework associated with organisational change initiativesPrepare and maintain accurate documentation, records and reporting throughout the consultation processRespond to employee and manager queries professionally and sensitivelyAssist with communications and change management activities to ensure clear and consistent messagingSupport wider HR ..... full job details .....
