Operating from modern, fully refurbished offices, this organisation is known for investing in its people and creating a supportive, fast-paced working environment where no two days are the same.Your new roleThis is a varied and busy HR and recruitment coordination position, supporting the HR team across the full employee life cycle while taking ownership of recruitment administration and candidate coordination.Key responsibilities will include:Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple vacanciesManaging interviews, diaries and stakeholder schedulesLiaising with candidates, agencies and hiring managersPosting and maintaining job advertisements across various platformsSupporting onboarding activities, including contracts, offer letters and pre-employment checksMaintaining accurate HR records and employee documentationManaging HR inboxes and responding to queriesProducing reports and recruitment metricsAssisting with absence management administration and employee life cycle activitiesSupporting wider HR projects and initiatives as requiredThis role would suit ..... full job details .....
