Interim HR Change Manager
I am seeking an Interim HR Change Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract with a respected University based in London. The role will pay a salary in the range of 51,700 to 61,759 per year depending upon experience and will be hybrid working with an average of 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote. As part of a team of 8 HR Change Managers, reporting to the Head of HR Transformation, your role will involve: - Leading a number of significant change programmesSupporting stakeholders through processesDealing with restructures, consultations and business model changesThe ideal candidate will have experience of: - Working within the HE or wider public sector and dealing with unionsHR Business Partnering, harmonisation of terms and Conditions and creating job familiesUnderstanding of post-TUPE contractual changesDealing with senior stakeholders up to COO levelUnderstanding the implications that change projects have on HRIf you are interested in the role and you have the relevant experience required, please submit your up to date CV and contact details as soon as possible.
