Interim HR Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our public sector client. Based in Birmingham city centre, this role will work closely with senior leaders and managers across the organisation to deliver a high-quality, strategic HR service that supports organisational objectives and public service delivery.You will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on workforce planning, organisational change, employee relations, and people strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leaders to align people plans with organisational prioritiesProvide expert advice on complex employee relations matters, including performance, attendance, grievance and disciplineLead and support organisational change initiatives, including restructures and consultationsContribute to workforce planning, talent management and succession planningUse people data and insights to inform decision-making and improve outcomesEnsure HR policies and practices comply with employment legislation and public sector best practiceCoach and develop managers to build confident and capable leadershipAbout YouProven experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory roleStrong knowledge of UK employment law and public sector HR environmentsConfidence in influencing and challenging at senior leadership levelExperience of managing change and complex stakeholder relationshipsAnalytical, solutions-focused approach with ..... full job details .....
