Description
As Interim HR BP, you will be responsible for leading day to day people operations, whilst also supporting and driving key projects and initiatives.
- Partner with the business to deliver effective people solutions
- Lead, coach and develop the team
- Provide guidance, support and coaching to line managers
- Own all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring effective HR service delivery from the team
- Manage key projects as and when required
Profile
The successful applicant will be;
- CIPD qualified
- Operated at Business Partner level
- Strong employment law knowledge
- Able to start within 1-2 weeks
- Ideal experience within fast paced and complex environments
Job Offer
On offer for the successful candidate is;
- -55,000+
- 6 month contract initially
- Able to work on site 2-3 days per week
