Working closely with senior leaders and operational managers, you will act as a trusted advisor, delivering strategic and operational HR support across a cluster of businesses.Key Responsibilities:Act as a trusted HR partner to leadership teams and operational managers across multiple business units.Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive accountability.Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance issues.Lead and support performance management processes, ensuring objectives are aligned to business goals.Coach and support managers in effectively managing performance, engagement and employee development.Support workforce planning, succession planning and talent management initiatives.Partner with recruitment teams to attract, retain and develop future talent.Identify skills gaps and support the delivery of learning and development programmes.Ensure HR practices remain compliant with employment legislation and company policies.Analyse HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations on retention, ..... full job details .....
