They have just been through an organisation wide restructure and now need hands on support with the redeployment stage of the process. We need: 1 x Senior BP (Band 8b - up to -86k) 1 x BP (Band 8a - up to -73k). Both require candidates with experience in supporting restructure changes and whilst NHS experience isn''t essential, you MUST have public sector experience in large complex organisations in a similar role.
