Interim HR Business Partner - Change

We are looking for 2 x Business Partners who specialise in change to support an NHS organisation in London.

They have just been through an organisation wide restructure and now need hands on support with the redeployment stage of the process.

We need:

1 x Senior BP (Band 8b - up to -86k)
1 x BP (Band 8a - up to -73k).

Both require candidates with experience in supporting restructure changes and whilst NHS experience isn''t essential, you MUST have public sector experience in large complex organisations in a similar role.

The role is for 2-3 months initially with an immediate start.
Hybrid - 1 day a week in London and 4 from home.
