Client Details   A well-established not-for-profit organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its People team on an interim basis.   Description    Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees  Support employee relations matters including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance processes  Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities  Maintain accurate employee records and HR data  Produce HR reports and support workforce analytics  Assist with HR projects, engagement initiatives and learning &amp; development activities    Profile   A successful Interim HR Advisor should have:   Previous experience in an HR advisory role, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.  A solid understanding of HR policies, procedures and employment law.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective working relationships....</description>
