Provide advice on maternity, adoption, paternity and other family leave cases. Support absence management processes, liaising with Occupational Health where required. Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, contractual changes and leavers. Coordinate redeployment, redundancy, fixed-term contract endings and retirement processes.
