      <description>Location: Harrogate | Salary: 30000.00-30000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Ashley Kate are pleased to be supporting our client with the search for an HR Advisor to join them on a fixed term contract for 12 months to cover maternity leave.Full time - 37 hours per weekSalary - 31,110 per annumLocation - Harrogate (Hybrid Working Available)Reporting to the Head of People, this is a varied HR Advisor role supporting managers across the organisation with employee relations matters, HR policies and procedures, recruitment and onboarding activities.The successful candidate will have previous experience in a HR Advisor position, strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience managing employee relations casework. You will be comfortable providing practical HR advice, building strong working relationships with managers and supporting a broad range of people-related activities.The role is based at the Harrogate Head Office, with opportunities for hybrid working.
