Do you have experience stabilising services, improving compliance, strengthening leadership teams, and preparing homes for successful regulatory outcomes? We are working with a Medium sized Care Home in Ipswich that requires an experienced Interim Turnaround Manager to support the existing leadership team and drive significant operational improvement. This is a hands-on assignment for a results-driven leader who can quickly assess challenges, implement improvement plans, and create a positive culture that delivers sustainable change. The Opportunity As the Interim Care Home Turnaround Manager, you will work alongside the existing operations team to identify areas requiring improvement and deliver a structured turnaround plan. You will provide visible leadership across the home, improve operational performance, and help create a stable environment for residents, families, and colleagues.
