About Brownswood Brownswood is a specialist 9-bed residential service supporting adults living with acquired brain injuries and complex neurological conditions. The service currently supports 8 people and benefits from an experienced, established team, including a long-standing Team Leader with around 15 years'' service. Residents have made Brownswood their home for many years and continue to enjoy active, fulfilling lives within their local community.
