Salary: -58,225 per annum pro rata

We are seeking an experienced and strategic higher education professional to join a large and progressive education provider as an Interim Head of Student Registry.

This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Registry leader to provide operational stability, drive service improvement, and support the ongoing development of student administration services during a period of organisational change.

Reporting to the Academic Registrar, you will lead key Student Registry functions, ensuring the effective delivery of services across the student lifecycle, from enrolment through to graduation. You will provide visible leadership to established teams while identifying opportunities to enhance processes, systems and the overall student experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage Student Registry services, including student records, timetabling and assessment operations.
* Ensure the effective day-to-day delivery of Registry services across the student journey.
* Support and lead teams through periods of change and transformation.
* Review and improve processes to increase efficiency and service quality.
* Collaborate with academic and professional services colleagues to deliver streamlined student lifecycle services.
* Contribute to the future design and development of Registry operating models and service structures.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements.

About You
You will bring:
* Significant leadership experience within Student Registry or Academic Registry services.
* A proven track record of leading teams through change whilst maintaining high levels of operational performance.
* Experience in service improvement, process redesign and systems enhancement.
* Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
* A commitment to delivering high-quality, student-centred services and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
