Interim Head of Property Management

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for Property Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations in Dublin. This role requires strong leadership, excellent technical accounting skills, and the ability to implement robust processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Please note this role requires you to be on site 4 days a week in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, supervise, and train the Accounts Team.
Handle tenant queries promptly, professionally, and effectively.
Implement processes to monitor and manage accounts receivable, reducing aged debt and improving recovery.
Reconcile bank accounts, manage client fund disbursements, and respond to property managers'' and directors'' queries.
Manage daily cashbook entries, rent transfers, rent invoicing, and service charge billing.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for clients.
Complete VAT returns and submissions for managed properties.
Manage payroll for subcontracted employees.
Oversee service charge audits and liaise with auditors; provide support to key accounts personnel where required.
Prepare year-end service charge accounts and budget apportionments to audit standard.
Work closely with property management to ensure the property database is accurate and up to date.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in managing an Property Accounts Team
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to introduce and manage efficient processes and controls.
Strong IT skills, including accounting and property management software
This is an interim role until the end of the year with 4 days a week on site at the clients office in Dublin.
