Interim Head of People

Interim Head of People Specialist charity supporting vulnerable people across London Salary: £55,000 FTE (pro rata for six months) Contract: Fixed-term, six months Location: London Hybrid working (1 day per week in the London office) We are partnering with a specialist charity delivering vital frontline services to vulnerable people. As the organisation continues to evolve and strengthen its services, we are seeking an experienced Interim Head of People to lead and develop its people function during a critical period of organisational growth and transformation. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Governance and working closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, you will provide both strategic and operational leadership across all areas of people management, organisational development, employee relations, workforce planning and culture. This is a hands-on role, ideal for an experienced HR professional who can balance day-to-day operational delivery with longer-term organisational development priorities. You must be available to start immediately. About you We are looking for a collaborative and credible senior HR leader with: Significant experience leading a people function at senior management or Head of People level. A strong track record of developing and implementing people strategies that support organisational objectives.
