This is a senior leadership role requiring strong operational expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and hands-on leadership across all catering and hospitality sitesOversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and consistencyLead, manage, and develop site managers and operational teams.Drive performance against KPIs, budgets, and compliance standardsEnsure all sites meet food safety, health and safety, and hospitality best practicesManage staffing levels, rota planning, and workforce performanceIdentify opportunities for operational improvement, efficiency, and growthAct as a senior operational contact for internal and external stakeholdersEssential RequirementsProven multi-site operations experience within catering and hospitalityStrong team management and leadership experience at a senior levelDemonstrable operational management experience in a hospitality-led environmentRecognised hospitality and/or catering qualifications or certificationsSolid understanding of food safety, compliance, and service standardsCommercially minded ..... full job details .....
