INTERIM HEAD OF INSIGHTS 3 DAYS ONSITE IN LONDON OR NORTHHAMPTON INSIDE IR35 £400 TO £500 PER DAY ASAP START This is an opportunity to join a large and complex housing organisation at a pivotal time. As an interim Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting regulatory inspection readiness while delivering meaningful analysis that helps shape operational and customer-focused decision making across the business.The CompanyThey are a well-established organisation operating within the housing sector, serving a large and diverse customer base. Analyse operational and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights into customer journeys, service performance, and customer experience. Review how data is structured, reported, and used across the organisation to support informed decision making.
