Interim Head of Infrastructure and Service Management FTSE 250 Organisation / IT TransformationLondon Hybrid LTD Company engagement at 800 - 1000 p/d January 2026 start, for 6 months initially We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of Infrastructure and Service Management to play a pivotal role in a major IT transformation programme for a FTSE 250 organisation. The business has ambitious growth plans and has completed a high-level IT maturity assessment, strategy and target operating model. The next critical step is to define the detailed end-state, articulate a credible transformation journey, and secure Board approval and investment to execute it.As a core member of the IT Transformation leadership team, you will lead the Infrastructure and Service Management workstream, defining and delivering the robust, scalable and secure infrastructure and service foundations required to enable future growth and "silent running" operations.Key responsibilities include:Assessing the current infrastructure and service management landscape across Group and Divisions, including networks, cloud and on-prem platforms, end-user environments, service desk and ITSM processes, tooling, assets and licensingDefining the target state for infrastructure, service management and operational resilience, covering service architecture, operating model, processes, tooling, observability and recovery capabilitiesEstablishing clear principles for standardisation, automation, cloud and hybrid adoption, ..... full job details .....
