This is a pivotal leadership role requiring an experienced HR professional who can provide strategic and operational leadership across a sizeable workforce. Working closely with senior leaders, you will lead a small HR team while managing a varied and demanding people agenda. This is a fast-paced environment requiring credibility, resilience and the confidence to advise senior stakeholders on complex employee relations, organisational change and workforce planning matters. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and operational HR leadership across a large, multi-site organisation.Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and site-based leadership teams.Lead and develop a small HR team, ensuring an excellent service is delivered across the organisation.Manage complex employee relations and casework, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters.Lead on the review, development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Support organisational change initiatives and workforce planning projects.Provide guidance on employment law and best practice.Work closely with leadership teams to drive employee engagement and organisational performance.Support matters ..... full job details .....
