A higher education organisation are looking for an Interim Head of HR Transformation and Change, for an initial 12 months. The role is lead a newly created team and HR change initiatives. The role is based in London with hybrid working.Client DetailsHigher EducationLondon BasedDescriptionA Interim Head of HR Transformation and Change to:- Lead change related activity including HR change and transformation (redundancies, restructures, redeployment, target operating model, team structures, TUPE), harmonisation, overall improvements and align with ER policies - Support managers with change proposals - Lead a portfolio of change initiatives including TUPE- Lead a newly created team - Identify opportunities to provide HR Change across the organisation and process improvements- Monitor and evaluate changes to the organisation, reviewing effectiveness and mitigating risk- Present analysis and recommendations, using data- Develop and deliver the HR change management strategy, aligning to the overall organisation transformation activity- Oversee the consultation process and develop consultation plans- Review the current HR structure - Support managers with coaching their teams through change- Lead consultations with trade unions - Work with the wider HR Team, to ensure training is designed and delivered accordinglyProfileA Interim Head of HR Transformation and Change with:- Higher education or public sector experience essential- Previous experience leading change programs - Previous ..... full job details .....
