Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the Health & Safety function across the property portfolio. Develop and implement H&S strategy, policies and governance. Ensure compliance with all relevant UK legislation and regulatory requirements. Provide expert advice to senior leadership, property and facilities teams. Oversee risk assessments, audits, inspections and incident management. Manage and develop relationships with external consultants, contractors and stakeholders. Drive a proactive health and safety culture across the organisation. Report on H&S performance, risks and key actions to senior management.
